Returns and order support
Request change-of-mind returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete and in original packaging. Customer pays return postage; no restocking fee. Original shipping is not refunded for change of mind. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received and checked; payment-provider time is additional. Consumer rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods are unaffected.
