- Standard: A$11 below an A$100 order subtotal; free Standard from A$100.
- Express: A$15.
- Product prices and shipping charges are in AUD. Available services and the final payable total are shown at Shopify checkout before payment.
When will it arrive?
Carrier estimates are 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express after dispatch. These are not total order-to-door times.
For products sourced after order, supplier procurement, processing and any supplier-to-EMRESA journey are additional. That time is not currently confirmed. Express only changes the delivery service after dispatch; it does not accelerate sourcing. No Halloween or other event-date arrival is guaranteed unless confirmed for your order.
Check the individual product page for its selected option and sourcing details. Tracking is provided when available after dispatch, and an order may arrive in separate parcels. Supplier stock is not EMRESA-held stock.
Returns and support
Our existing policy allows a change-of-mind return request within 30 days of receipt for an unused, unworn, unwashed, complete item in its original packaging. Contact us before sending a return. Return postage is paid by the customer for change of mind; there is no restocking fee, and original shipping is not refunded for change of mind.
Once a returned item is received and checked, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days; payment-provider processing can take longer. Faulty or incorrect products are handled under the separate consumer-rights provisions in our full policy.
If the selected item cannot be sourced, we offer a refund rather than substitute without consent. For cancellations or address changes, contact us promptly before dispatch.
