Updated 15 October 2026. These terms apply to purchases from EMRESA and its dedicated category storefronts using EMRESA Shopify checkout.

Products and prices

Prices are in AUD. The selected option, quantity, shipping charge, applicable taxes and total are shown before payment. Product descriptions identify supplied items, fit limitations and illustrations. Stylised or AI visuals are not measured performance evidence. Choose the size and option using the published measurements.

Availability and fulfilment

Items marked sourced after order are obtained after an order is placed and are not EMRESA-held stock. We do not promise a supplier estimate as a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot supply the selected item, we contact you and offer a refund rather than substitute without consent. Contact us promptly about an order error or cancellation.

Shipping and returns

Our shipping policy and returns policy explain rates, procurement time and remedies. Read them before ordering. Any changes to these policies apply to future orders and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

Your information

Provide accurate delivery and contact details and do not submit payment-card details through a contact form. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and the selected payment provider. Our privacy policy describes personal-information handling.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Contact EMRESA through our contact page for assistance with an order, delivery, return or product concern.
